Sample Empire Bed

Quarter-scale version of a classic three-quarter rope bed, complete with blanket-rail, roll-top headboard and bed-bolt covers.

Our little American Empire Bed Posts measure only 18"H. Bed is 22" overall length. Fine tiger maple posts turned just like the original 19th Century beds. One example is shown with a warm, antique, honey-maple finish with black decorative-paint accents. The other bold example has been finished in a dark antique tone with hand-painted ivory accents.
